Asthavil Tablets

Relief of bronchospasm a patient suffering from reversible airways obstruction. Indications include bronchial asthma and chronic bronchitis. Asthavil may also be used for the prophylaxis of bronchial asthma since Salbutamol can prevent antigen induced release of histamine and slow reacting substance of anaphylaxis SRS (A) from mast cells in human lungs which have been sensitized with 1gE antibody. This sensitivity reaction is believed to be the primary trigger of the allergic asthma syndrome.
